Returns Policy
New Items
Buyers may return new, unopened items within 15 days of delivery for a full refund. MelodyHaus will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (i.e. you received an incorrect or defective item, or item was materially damaged in shipping).
Used Items
All used items are sold AS IS, NO WARRANTY. SALES OF USED ITEMS ARE FINAL. Exceptions are limited to the following:
A used item is eligible for return within 15 days of delivery only if the item is defective (beyond the description of any defect in the item description), destroyed during shipping, materially damaged during shipping, or is incorrect (i.e. wrong item). Buyers will bear costs for any approved used item returns unless MelodyHaus or shipping carrier is at fault.
NOTE: Photographic evidence of damage to item incurred during shipping will be required, including any damage incurred to the shipping container(s) and/or packaging. Failure to provide may be cause to deny a return return.
Refunds
Buyers should expect to receive approved refunds within 30 days of arrival at MelodyHaus, however, in many cases buyers will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Shipping
MelodyHaus can only ship to physical addresses in the contiguous United States, Hawaii and Alaska. MelodyHaus WILL NOT ship to P.O. Boxes, or APO/FPO. No exceptions.
MelodyHaus includes the cost of insuring higher-priced or RARE items in the shipping quote. This is to protect both Buyer and MelodyHaus in event of item damage or destruction during shipping.
When a buyer places an order, MelodyHaus will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose, unless a fixed shipping price is indicated in the item description. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based and may include the price of insuring the item in shipping. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
